CDM hereby grants users of FPinfomart.ca permission to reproduce materials available on FPinfomart.ca in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement for CDM services (Pay Per View, the limited monthly subscription package, known as Infomart Web, or any derivation thereof, ("Limited Subscription Service") or the package which allows a user to redistribute a limited number of copies of content within an organization, known as Special Edition, or any derivation thereof, ("Full Subscription Service"), collectively the "CDM Services") as further described below. All information found on FPinfomart.ca is protected under the copyright laws of Canada and other countries. Except for the uses specified in this Copyright Notice or the applicable agreement governing your use of the CDM Services, no part of the materials including graphics or logos, available on FPinfomart.ca may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, (including electronic reproduction by "uploading" or "downloading" or accessing onto the Internet or any other local or international computer system) without prior written consent of CDM. Any other reproduction in any form without the permission of CDM is prohibited. Distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited. Any infringement of the rights of CDM or its licensors may result in appropriate legal action.

The materials contained within FPinfomart.ca's databases belong to the respective owners of such materials, and are also protected by national and international intellectual property laws, conventions and treaties.

Reproduction rights associated with CDM Services

1. Rights granted to users of the Pay Per View ("PPV") and Limited Subscription Service ("LSS"):

A document obtained by you through Pay Per View or Limited Subscription Service remains the property of its copyright owner. You are entitled to use one copy of the document for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not sell, copy, distribute, or modify the purchased copy, or engage in any other acts inconsistent with the principles of copyright protection under the Copyright Act (Canada) or any applicable copyright legislation of any other country. Further, you may not give away or sell a purchased copy and still retain a separate copy as well. If, for example, you wish to distribute ten copies of an article from FPinfomart.ca, you must either purchase all ten copies in separate transactions (plus an eleventh if you wish to retain a copy of what was distributed); or purchase within a single transaction, using the Electronic Redistribution Model ("ERM") provided within the application.

2. Rights granted to users of the Full Subscription Service ("FSS"):

A document obtained through FPinfomart.ca remains the property of its copyright owner. CDM grants a user of the FSS ("User") a limited license to: (i) receive information from Infomart; (ii) store information received on one or more computers controlled and operated by the User; and, (iii) manage, analyze, internally distribute and display the information to the number of users (the "Group") within User's organization specified in the applicable Full Subscription Service Agreement, using User's own proprietary user interface, or one licensed from CDM or its authorized distributor, or a commercially-available Web browser. Except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or the applicable Full Subscription Service Agreement, User agrees not to reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information received from FPinfomart.ca, or to permit or assist any other person to do so, without the prior written consent of CDM. No redistribution beyond the Group identified in the applicable Full Subscription Service Agreement is permitted. Any further additions to the Group requires additional charges and must be discussed with your FPinfomart.ca account representative.
