Saved Folders

Saved Folders allow you to "clip" articles and save videos. Each user may create and use up to 20 Saved Folders. Items you save to a folder remain there until you remove them, subject to any applicable copyright restrictions.

Adding items to a Saved Folder

You may move a document or documents to a Saved Folder using the Multiple Document Selection function. Use the checkboxes next to the document(s) you wish to move, and then select the "Add to Saved Folder: ABC" option from the Selected Items menu. You can also create a new Saved Folder and add the selected items to it by choosing "Add to New Saved Folder" from the drop-down menu. You'll be asked to name the new Saved Folder on the next screen.

Folder Options

Next to the name of each Saved Folder on the Saved Folders screen are four options:

• Settings - click here to rename a Folder, add a Folder description, or to change the Sharing options for a folder.
  • Analyze - click here to perform Media Analysis on this Folder.
  • Empty - click here to remove all items from this Folder.
  • Delete - click here to permanently delete this folder.

Sorting items in a Saved Folder
Use the drop-down Sort menu at the top right corner of your Folder screen to select the sort order for your Folder contents. By default, items are sorted by the date they were added to the Folder. You may also sort by:

  • Date Saved
  • Publication date (Oldest first)
  • Publication date (Newst first)
  • Arrival Time (arrival in our database)
  • Tone (Positive first)
  • Tone (negative first)
  • Circulation
  • Ad Value
  • Latest Comments
